First Den started with empty walls and nothing worth hanging on them.

We went to all the places — the big stores, the small ones, the websites that pretend to be galleries. Everywhere we looked, the same thing showed up: art that felt mass-produced, forgettable, designed for nobody in particular. Art made to fill a space, not define it. And the rare piece with any real weight to it carried a price tag built for a different kind of buyer.

So we made what was missing.
