What sizes are available?
Each piece is offered in multiple sizes — typically ranging from 12x16" to 30x40". Specific dimensions are listed on every product page.  

   
Do you offer digital downloads? 
Yes. All pieces are available as instant digital downloads — printable files you can take to a local printer or print at home. Digital downloads are delivered by email within minutes of purchase. Because digital files are delivered immediately, all digital download sales are final.    

 
Are printed pieces framed or unframed? 
Most pieces are available in unframed, framed, and canvas options. Framing availability varies by piece and is noted on every product page. Don't see what you're looking for? Reach out.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the order date. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Tracking is sent by email once your piece ships.

Do you ship internationally?
For now, First Den ships within the United States. International shipping is something we're working on — join the newsletter to be the first to know when it goes live.

Returns & Issues

What's your return policy? 
All sales are final unless there's a defect or shipping issue. Because every piece is printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review product details carefully before ordering. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error — we'll make it right.

     
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email hello@firstden.co with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Mistakes happen — we'll make them right.

Do you take custom commissions?
Yes. For custom pieces, specific themes, or unique room needs, reach out to hello@firstden.co with your idea and we'll go from there.
