Processing Time

Each piece is printed to order, which means production begins after you place your order. Most orders enter production within 1 business day.

Shipping Options

We offer free, standard shipping:

• Standard — Free on all orders. Arrives within 7–10 business days from order date.

Where We Ship

First Den currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is in the works — subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

Tracking

Once your piece ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address on your order.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to make a change or cancel? Email hello@firstden.co within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we can no longer change or cancel orders.
